The team here at AIA Brisbane thoroughly enjoyed the session with Character Builders (Dave). With a number of changes to our team, the team building exercise and then the “My Story” session really allowed the team to get to know each other and understand each-others back grounds and history that had delivered them to where they are today. The session broke down a number of personal barriers and really challenged each individual to think about what was important to them. Through the workshop our team now has a much better understanding of each other and an increased ability to support each other.
